Return & Refund Policy
Return Application Period
Buyers may apply for unconditional return and refund within30 days after package signing (calculated by logistics signing time). No return application will be accepted for orders exceeding 30 days.
Return Product Requirements
Returned products must be brand new, unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags, packaging and complete accessories, and resalable. We reserve the right to reject returns or deduct depreciation fees if products have man-made damage, missing accessories, damaged packaging or usage traces.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom products, clearance items, disposable goods, personal intimate items, digital virtual products, expired returns and man-damaged products are not eligible for unconditional return. After-sales return service is only available for defective products, wrong item delivery and missing item issues.
Shipping Fee Rules
For personal reason returns (dislike, inappropriate size, wrong order, etc.): buyers shall bear all return shipping fees. For product quality problems, wrong delivery or logistics damage: our store will bear the return shipping fees.
Refund Process
To submit a return application, please contact us via email: DIYI@outlook.com Process: Buyer submits return request → Customer service approval → Buyer returns items and uploads tracking number → Goods received and inspected by our warehouse. If the inspection is passed, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 3–7 working days, maximum 14 calendar days after receiving items in compliance with relevant consumer laws. If returned goods do not satisfy return conditions after inspection, we will inform you by email, the product will be shipped back to you and no refund will be processed.
Partial Refund & After-sales Note
Partial refund compensation is available for slightly defective products if buyers choose to keep the items. We reserve the final interpretation right of all after-sales rules.
