Processing Time
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays are excluded from processing and shipping time. All shipping times are estimated and for reference only.
Shipping Areas & Shipping Fees
We support delivery to most countries and regions worldwide. Available shipping destinations are subject to the options on the checkout page. Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on order weight, volume and destination, and displayed in real time on the checkout page. Free shipping promotions will be announced on the official store page from time to time.
Estimated Delivery Time
Main Europe & US regions: 7-15 business days; Southeast Asia & Middle East: 10-20 business days; Remote areas: 15-30 business days. International shipping may be delayed due to customs clearance, weather conditions, peak shipping seasons and local delivery efficiency, which shall not be regarded as merchant breach of contract.
Customs & Taxes
Import duties, VAT, customs handling fees and other additional charges for international orders shall be borne solely by the buyer. If the package is returned or destroyed due to buyer’s refusal to pay taxes or rejection of delivery, we will not be responsible and no refund will be issued.
Logistics Tracking & Exception Handling
After shipment, the tracking number will be automatically sent to buyers, who can track the package on our official website or corresponding logistics platform. For logistics abnormalities such as long-term stagnation, loss or non-delivery after signed receipt, buyers must contact customer service within 30 days after shipment. Overdue complaints will be deemed as successful delivery.
Restricted Shipping Areas
Shipping is temporarily unavailable for regions with international logistics control, wars and sanctions. If the order cannot be shipped, we will issue a full original refund without additional compensation.
